We always do our very best to satisfy our customers and we are aware that on rare occasions things can go wrong.

We will always rectify your order at no expense to you if we have made an error, just contact us.

Having said that, please be aware of some important points:

- Colour and brightness variations can sometimes occur depending on the settings of your monitor or device. Usually, these variations are minimal and are hardly noticeable or do not detract from the quality of the product. We use a trusted and very well-reviewed printing firm to handle our orders and we have worked tirelessly with test printing to match our designs with the final product at their end. We cannot accept responsibility for any minor variations, however we will always fulfil the order with a reprint if you provide sufficient proof your product is not adequate.

- Selfie/portrait uploads for face changing options must be provided by a smartphone with a megapixel rating of at least 12 megapixels. The average megapixel rating of smartphones is 12-16 so all smartphones should be more than capable. Please check and double-check your photo for quality of focus, lighting, expression and angle to match that of the poster’s face before uploading. We always use the best of our abilities to execute the order properly. Please understand that by uploading your selfie you are happy with it. We will always contact you if we doubt the quality of your upload because we want to provide you with a perfect product.

- Our posters have an illustrated feel. Please be aware that your selfies will follow suit and, although should retain their individuality and recognisability, will have a slightly illustrated appearance rather than pure photographic. Please consider this before choosing this personalised option and if you are unsure just have a look at our designs to confirm you’re happy with how faces are represented.

-Please be aware that some names are longer than others, as are some other words in our posters. For example: ‘Executive Producer’ is a longer term than ‘Director’. Some of our designs may require a slight variation from the stock example provided on the website in order to create an aesthetic balance with the names you provide us. We always use our professional experience to make the best decisions for the appearance of the final product and our decisions are final.

-Please check and double-check all of your spellings for people and place names before you make your purchase. If we feel there is a discrepancy, then we will contact you to confirm this, but our normal practise is to assume that your names and places name's submissions are correct, and we cannot take responsibility for any errors made at your end.

-Expected postage delivery times are always estimated and should not be considered exact. A good rule of thumb is to allow about seven days from ordering to receiving your poster.
